Where do I begin with this awesome pair! They are the most stylish, coolest, creative, easy-going couple I’ve ever met! I’ve actually known Heather for a while now. We met through a mutual friend and I immediately knew she was super cool – like one of those girls who you see walk by and you think “wow, they are cool” and you think you have no chance to be friends with them. Well Heather is that person but she’s also the sweetest and kindest person and would see you staring at her and ask if you wanted to be friends. I also didn’t think she could get any cooler until I met Michael. Michael is one of the most stylish guys I’ve ever met (sorry Robin) and he rocks a bow-tie like no body else! Basically, these two look like they should own a fashion line and are so sweet they should own a puppy orphanage. They are also ridiculously creative and decided to surprise their friends and family by getting married at their engagement party (shhh! It’s actually ok, I’m so behind on blogging that the surprise has already happened, more on that later).
For their engagement photos they chose the iconic brick buildings in Liberty Village as Michael used to live in that area. They brought the fun and whimsy with giant balloons and tons of laughs. Afterwards, we ventured closer to their current home to Trinity Bellwoods Park as the sun set. It was a blast to spend the afternoon with them and I can’t wait to share the “engagement” party that these two threw and show all the amazing details! (How’s that for suspense!)
