Stephanie and Eric were such a dream to photograph! Not only were they fearless and up to hang out on a cliff but they also love M&M’s so that was a must-have in their engagement session – meaning we got to eat them all after the photos! Anything that involves beautiful people and M&M’s is perfection in my book! These two love the outdoors and when Stephanie and I discussed their engagement session she was envisioning something in the fall where they could set up a little campfire. They chose Rattlesnake Point in Milton and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect! Since we were there in the fall it wasn’t as busy so it’s like we had those views all to ourselves. And when they started unpacking their car with all their props and details I was in heaven! I love when a couple includes the things they love or favourite pastimes in their session – the act of doing something like enjoying hot chocolates or roasting marshmallows instantly distracts you from having your photo taken and you’ll feel more comfortable and natural. These guys had everything from personal mugs to a cozy blanket to snuggle with by the fire. If their wedding is anything like their engagement session then very (very) good things are in store!
