I was introduced to Jenn and Randy through Jenn’s sister Stephanie. These two have the sweetest story and their wedding has been a long time coming. They first met in Cuba while on vacation. Coincidentally, they both lived on the same street but had never met. Fast forward 12 years and they got engaged in Cuba as well. As much as Cuba holds such a meaningful space in their hearts, they chose to have their wedding in Jamaica this coming May (which I am going crazy in anticipation for!) For their engagement session we went out on their boat right at sunset just off Turkey Point, a gorgeous provincial park along Lake Erie. We were lucky enough to have two of their friends with us to drive the boat. The waves were crazy rocking so we couldn’t actually stop the boat or else we’d all fall off. They were such troopers – there were so many moments where they had to balance and look calm and relaxed and they never let it show on their faces that at any moment they might wipe out! These two, plus their friends, are so easy-going, genuine and fun! I can tell they are truly best friends and since they’ve known each other for so long their relationship is so solid and sound. I can’t wait to celebrate their marriage with them in Jamaica and to toast a rum punch to their love.
