Embracing the cold and snow that has arrived, I thought I’d share some photos from a past trip to British Columbia. We went in February so it was snowy, cold and grey but all that made for such serene photos. We had a quick hour in Kelowna before driving to Vernon so the Mr. could play in a squash tournament. I spent some time driving around the quaint town and made sure to visit Kalamalka Lake – even in the winter you could still see the faintest bright blue colour of the water. We finished off the trip with a walk through the trails at Silver Star mountain complete with hot chocolate and an incredible view!
